Best Tablet For Reading?

By December 9, 2016 No Comments

With so many products on the market, it can be tough to find yourself the best tablet to read your favorite novel on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The first thing to consider is what you are going to use the tablet for. If you are purely going to be reading ebooks then consider a monochrome e-paper screen as the first choice. However, if you are planning on doing a variety of tasks with your tablet then it might be worth looking at the other products on the market.

Amazon Kindle (Monochrome)

First up on our list is the Kindle. For those who have spent some time reading e-books, you’ll know that Amazon is an incredible source for your reading needs. The Kindle is an interesting tablet due to the fact it resembles a normal piece of paper, giving the same feeling of reading a real book, except for you can view thousands of books on the same device.

Kobo Aura One (Monochrome)

A lesser known name, the Kobo Aura One still holds incredible for a fair price. It features a high quality 7.8 inch screen which makes reading novels easy, and enjoyable. But we do think that the Amazon Kindle is still one to consider simply due to the small form factor, high quality package that costs more but feels more like a book.

Kobo Aura H2O (Monochrome)

Another interesting product from the lesser known name, featuring an interesting waterproof feature. Much like the other products on the market it has a monochrome screen which makes reading easy. But you can actually take this particular model in the bath, something that you can’t do with a Kindle!
